A BrightLiving Homecare Services is seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Community Liaison / Office Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position combines community outreach, referral relationship building, and office coordination to support our mission of providing exceptional care to seniors and families throughout Metro Atlanta.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday – Friday
- Preferred Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 5 Hours Per Day
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per Hour
- Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
Responsibilities
✔ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, and community organizations
✔Conduct community outreach and networking activities
✔ Represent A BrightLiving Homecare Services at community events
✔ Assist with referral development and relationship management
✔ Answer incoming calls and assist prospective clients and families
✔ Schedule RN assessments and caregiver interviews
✔ Support caregiver onboarding, scheduling, and office operations
✔ Maintain accurate records and documentation
✔ Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and referral partners
Qualifications
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Healthcare, homecare, customer service, sales, or office experience preferred
✅ Reliable transportation required
✅ Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
