We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient receiving processes, and effective inventory management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
