- Ability to motivate people to learn and get involved in classes.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must.
Major Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of all lesson plans for all assigned classes.
- Monitor student progress; assist in cases where additional instruction is required.
- Monitor student attendance, commend students with good attendance and take corrective action with students displaying poor ATTENDANCE.
- Maintain accurate and current records regarding roll call, testing results, grades and student progress.
- Be available for student counseling when needed.
- Stay current with newly developed industry standards.
- Check all work completed by students, evaluate progress and counsel student as needed.
- Verify all student work completed, document as required regarding student progress.
- Perform all tasks within state guidelines.
- Maintain safe and organized work areas; address all safety rules and regulations.
Notify administrator of any unsafe conditions that exist.
