Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety standards
- Support bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and managing food handling responsibilities to ensure a hygienic environment
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, taking orders, and fostering positive guest relations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and uphold high standards of hospitality
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing
- Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette for guest interactions
- Ability to perform various roles including host/hostess duties, bussing, serving, and cleaning with a positive attitude
