Private practice in Niantic CT seeking a fully licensed therapist to deliver high-quality, comprehensive mental health care to our patients. We provide you with the clients, a best-in-class EMR, Ambiant AI to reduce documentation load, and a diverse patient population across the Connecticut shoreline. You focus on the clinical work — we handle credentialing, billing, intake, and patient acquisition.
Job Description
- Complete 30 standard (i.e. 53-minute) sessions per week; productivity bonuses for more than 30 hours
- Deliver individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Develop brief, individualized treatment plans
- Work with patients presenting with common outpatient diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, bipolar spectrum disorders, and adjustment-related concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Patient Population
- Adolescents and adults, ideally ages 12 and up (16+ acceptable) - Note: We are flexible with adolescent work depending on your background / comfort level.
- Diverse presenting concerns
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- No weekends, no on-call
Qualifications
- Current and valid Connecticut Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) — fully licensed for independent practice (or ability to obtain by start date)
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Experience delivering evidence-based individual psychotherapy
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
