We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on our website using content management systems such as WordPress.
- Optimize product pages for SEO using tools like SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop engaging content for product descriptions, banners, and promotional campaigns to boost conversion rates.
- Implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media marketing channels.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting tools, and marketing analytics to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation platforms to nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create compelling visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices.
- Manage website performance by applying technical skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Google Tag Manager for website management and digital campaign setup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix or similar content management systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid search marketing techniques like Google AdWords.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and web analytics reporting tools to support website management and performance tracking.
- Creative flair with copywriting experience for product descriptions and promotional content.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for social media management and content creation in a fast-paced environment.
