This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role centered around sandwich preparation, guest interaction, and keeping our deli running smoothly during daytime service hours.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other deli menu items quickly and consistently
- Interact with customers at the counter, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide a friendly experience
- Maintain clean and organized prep stations throughout shifts
- Assist with daily food prep
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and front-of-house items as needed
- Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately
- Help maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work efficiently during busy lunch rushes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support the team with opening and daytime operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in deli, sandwich shop, café, restaurant, or food service environments preferred
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
- Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus
Schedule & Availability
- Primarily daytime shifts
- Availability during weekday lunch hours is strongly preferred
- Some weekend availability may be needed
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available depending on experience and availability. Delivery/Downtown Bike delivery driver position also available.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
