Salon deZEN is a creative, inclusive, and sustainable salon dedicated to helping clients express their most authentic selves. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Manager who brings warmth, organization, and leadership to our front desk team.
Role Summary
As Front Desk Manager, you will oversee client care, support salon operations, and lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll manage bookings, product inventory, payments, and help ensure our environment reflects our high standards of professionalism and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various office software, and have experience in managing front desk operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and waitlists
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financials
- Lead and train front desk staff to uphold salon values
- Oversee retail inventory and assist with ordering and invoicing
- Ensure retail area is stocked and displays are aesthetically pleasing
- Promote and communicate specials and promotions to clients and team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and reception area
- Capture salon moments for social media and support brand visibility

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 per year
