Overview
An established insurance organization is hiring a Salaried Remote Client Advisor for a full-time, fully remote position. This role offers a competitive base salary and a structured work environment focused on helping clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions.
The advisor conducts scheduled phone consultations, reviews client needs, and supports clients from application through the underwriting process while keeping accurate records.
What You'll Do
- Conduct scheduled client consultations by phone
- Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Explain plan details and policy provisions clearly
- Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients during the underwriting process
- Document client interactions and policy details in the company system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Life and Health (L&H) insurance license in your resident state
- Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed insurance role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Preferred: experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Preferred: familiarity with insurance applications and policy administration systems
- Preferred: comfort using CRM software and standard office productivity tools
