Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, organizing product, pulling customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
The right candidate takes pride in accuracy, reliability, organization, and being part of a hardworking team. Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated person with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, count, label, and put away incoming product accurately
- Pull, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintain organized inventory locations, shelves, bins, and warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and discrepancy resolution
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Use basic computer, tablet, barcode scanner, or inventory systems as needed
- Communicate with office staff and team members regarding inventory, order status, and daily priorities
- Assist with occasional pickups or deliveries, if needed
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently, follow directions, and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs. regularly
- Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, forklift, or delivery experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver license and clean driving record preferred, if delivery or pickup duties are included
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
