Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated high energy team member to add to our team. We are hiring for a full time position 30+ hours and candidates need to have evening availability. Our hours of operation are 8am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-3pm Sat, closed Sun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately take and process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and securely.
- Answer customer inquiries about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the front counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with packaging food orders and maintaining order accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and specials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
