JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
LOBBY AMBASSADOR
The lobby ambassador is the first and last impression of our resort. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive to the moment they depart. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome
- Assist guests with directions, and general resort information
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby at all times
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns before they escalate
- Provide recommendations for resort amenities, dining, and local attractions
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special occasion setups as directed
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold resort uniform standards at all times
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Bell person
Minimum of High School education
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests
