As our Baker, you’ll take the lead in creating a variety of baked goods that delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing pies, bars, cookies, and other baked items using provided recipes.
- Managing your tasks independently with little to no supervision.
- Ensuring all baking is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Promoting baked goods through social media to engage and attract customers.
- Handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally working nights and weekends to meet business needs.
We’re searching for a skilled baker with the following qualifications:

- Proficiency: A strong ability to bake a variety of items, including pies, bars, and cookies.
- Independence: The ability to work autonomously and complete tasks without close supervision.

- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of the job requirements.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work some nights and weekends as needed.
