Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Box Truck Drivers – Appliance Delivery (1099 Owner-Operator) to join our delivery team. In this role, you will operate a 16–26ft box truck to safely transport and deliver appliances on scheduled delivery routes. You will be responsible for loading, securing, unloading, and assembling appliances while providing professional service to customers and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. All deliveries require a 2-person team, so drivers must bring a helper.
Pay
Earn up to $3,500 per week or more as a 1099 Owner-Operator.
Duties
- Safely operate a 16–26ft box truck for appliance delivery routes
- Load, secure, and unload appliances with hands-on material handling
- Assemble and install appliances at delivery locations
- Work with a helper as part of a required 2-person delivery team
- Use hand trucks, dollies, and straps as needed
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license; CDL is not required
- Must have a helper; no solo drivers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly as part of a delivery team
- Own or have access to a 16–26ft box truck
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior box truck or appliance delivery/assembly experience preferred
