Duties
- Assist in the preparation and production of ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as needed
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils
Experience
- Previous experience in a food preparation role is required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
