We are seeking a committed and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated LAH veterinary team! Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage appointment scheduling using veterinary software, coordinating with veterinary professionals to optimize daily operations
- Handle medical collections accurately, processing payments efficiently
- Maintain records of client interactions, medical histories, and treatment plans in compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pet care instructions, medication schedules, and upcoming appointments
(Training Included)
Preferred, not required:
- Experience in veterinary clinic administration or front desk support within a veterinary setting
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and medical-surgical procedures
- Familiarity with veterinary software systems and applications for record keeping and communication
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; some experience in customer service is preferred
