.Back Server (Food Runner / Server Assistant)

At La Mar Bellevue, we believe exceptional hospitality is built by exceptional teams. We're looking for a motivated, hospitality-minded Back Server to support both our dining room and culinary team while learning every aspect of our service style.
This is an ideal position for someone who is serious about building a career in hospitality and is interested in advancing into a dedicated Server or Bartender role.
What You'll Do
- Support servers in delivering a seamless, polished dining experience.
- Run food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Learn our full menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and service sequence.
- Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Kitchen teams.
- Assist with table maintenance, guest support, and overall dining room flow.
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout each shift.
