Job Summary:
Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a weekend only position. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, individualized care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
- Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Requirements:
- Current NY State LPN License
- Excellent work ethic
- Leads by example
- Caring and compassionate personality
Benefits:
- Competitive salaries $34.75 - $44.25 HOURLY

- Opportunity to work a weekend only schedule with 5 days of pay for 4 shifts worked
Working Conditions:
- Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6am - 10pm
- Work in a sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility
