JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee all functions of project construction.
- Hold meetings with sub-contractors & field personnel.
- Communication with customers
- Create & maintain a project CPM schedule.
- Managing daily activities of suppliers & subcontractors
- Handling inspections for projects
- Maintain safe, clean, & compliant job site
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ Years’ experience as Commercial Construction Superintendent located in Atlanta GA
- Must have grocery/retail experience.
- Must be familiar with construction means, methods, & terminology
- Must be able to read and understand Plans and Specifications
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & Project
- Must be willing to travel to projects with overnight stay.
- Must be willing to work nights.
- Must have valid Drivers’ License
- Must be able to carry 75lbs and sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, etc. for extended periods.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and self-motivated

Salary: $54,806.00 - $90,935.00 per year
