Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CNA at North Lake Care Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a modern, comfortable, and secure facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, incontinence care, and ambulation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
1 year of experience
Ability to work 7a-3:30pm shifts
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
