Summary:
We're looking to add a self-directed, service-oriented individual to our team. This person will be responsible for servicing our existing book of business and supporting our Producers and Marketing Team. They may also serve as an account manager for accounts <$45,000 in annual premium. This person will have the opportunity to train under women who specialize in insuring Oil and gas contractors while leveraging the latest technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Issue certificates of insurance (with 2-hour response standard)

Document client and carrier communication in Applied Epic

Setup the CSR-24 platform for clients and obtain renewal information using Indio
- Obtain loss runs for clients – utilizing Loss Run Pro

Process endorsements
-
Utilize online quoting platforms
-
Communicate professionally with clients & carriers via phone and email

Provide exceptional, relationship-driven customer service
- Assist with surety bid bonds

Obtain renewal information, market, generate proposals, and present to accounts spending <$45,000 in annual premium
- Assist with claims reporting
Work Environment:

This is a rapid growth agency. We double our premium every year, and we need team members with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

We have standard operating procedures. Team members must be willing to adhere to the SOPs.

We have an elite 6,000 sq ft office in Nichols Hills, OK. The office was recently renovated, has great natural light, and a state-of-the-art conference room. The building has a café, an outdoor patio, and a gym.
- Option for remote work – only available to individuals who have references who can corroborate that they have a track record of successfully working remotely.

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial insurance experience as a middle-market/large group Customer Service Rep. and/or Account Manager
- Commercial Insurance license in OK or TX

Experience working in Applied Epic
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Detail-oriented and task-driven with the ability to work independently

Comfortable with direct communication

Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience insuring contractors

Experience working remotely (if applying for a remote position)

Preferred Qualifications:

Located in Oklahoma
- Experience insuring oil and gas companies
