This is not a desk job. This is a fast-moving service drive where your ability to communicate clearly, move quickly, and stay organized directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop performance.
Greet customers immediately and set the tone for a fast, friendly experience
Write accurate repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tires, batteries, light repairs)
Confidently recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance
Manage multiple vehicles at once while keeping wait times low
Communicate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
Close repair orders cleanly and accurately

✔ Comfort using dealership systems and multi-screen computer work

- A clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
