Business & AI Systems Analyst:
Salary: DOQ
For more than a century, Klinger Companies has delivered complex commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. Today, we’re investing in modern systems, better data, and practical AI tools that help our teams work smarter in the field and in the office.
We’re looking for a Business & AI Systems Analyst who enjoys improving processes, strengthening data quality, and helping people get more value from the systems they use every day. If you like solving problems, connecting the dots between operations and technology, and introducing real‑world AI solutions - without needing to be a software developer - this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
-
Improve and maintain data quality across platforms such as Procore, CMiC, and related systems
-
Monitor, coordinate, and enhance integrations between key business applications
-
Build, refine, and support dashboards and reports that deliver project, operational, and financial insights
-
Identify and implement practical AI use cases that reduce manual effort and streamline workflows
-
Partner with internal teams and external consultants to support system enhancements and new capabilities
-
Help teams adopt new tools and processes through clear communication, training, and documentation
What Makes You a Great Fit
-
Experience in business systems, operations, data/reporting, or a related role
-
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate needs to clear system or process improvements
-
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
-
Curiosity about how AI can be applied in a practical business environment
-
Familiarity with Procore, CMiC, or construction management/ERP systems is a plus—but not required
-
Clear communicator who enjoys working with both technical and non‑technical teams
Why You’ll Love Working Here
-
Join a company actively modernizing its systems, data, and processes
-
Make improvements that directly support real construction projects across the country
-
Grow your skills in AI, analytics, and process optimization as these initiatives expand
-
Work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with a long‑standing reputation for quality
-
Be part of a forward‑thinking organization where your ideas won’t sit on the shelf
If you’re excited about improving how systems, data, and people work together—and you want to help shape the future of technology in construction—we’d love to talk.
