The E-Commerce & CRM Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Baccarat’s digital commerce and customer engagement activities in North America. This role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, CRM campaign execution, and performance tracking, working closely with global teams, marketing, and retail to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience across channels. This role focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Essential Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations & Site Management

Maintain and update the U.S. e-commerce site (content, product setup, pricing, launches)

Execute global campaigns and adapt for the North America market

Perform regular site QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality

Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy
2. CRM Campaign Execution & Client Engagement

Execute CRM campaigns (email, lifecycle, client engagement) in partnership with global CRM and marketing teams

Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely deployment

Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts

Partner with Retail to support clienteling tools and usage
3. Digital Merchandising & Content

Manage product assortments and merchandising updates on site

Coordinate content updates (copy, imagery, launches)

Ensure consistency across site experience and brand positioning
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor key KPIs:

CRM engagement

Prepare regular reports and highlight trends or issues

Recommend improvements based on performance insights

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing

Experience working with CMS platforms, CRM tools, and analytics (Salesforce, GA, etc.)

Experience in retail, luxury, or consumer brands preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Ability to speak French a plus
