Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware quickly and thoroughly.

Maintain a clean, organized dish station throughout your shift.

Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as needed.

Restock clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.

Support cooks and prep staff with basic kitchen tasks when needed.
Requirements

Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude.

Able to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
