Job Summary
We are seeking part-time kitchen crew / link cooks to deliver our aburasoba dishes to customers, turning the fresh and high-quality ingredients to our amazing noodle dishes and appetizers. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a kitchen prep or link cook roles.
Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipe and supervise instructions, including vegetables cutting, egg cooking, and meat preparation
- Cook ramen noodles, appetizers, rice bowls, and prepare the toppings for menu item using Kajiken established recipes and standards
- Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, appliances and work areas to ensure clean, organized and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality dishes and services
- Support restaurant manager with inventory management and monitor supplies and usage
Compensation
- $21.3 base hourly rate plus pooled tip; overtime will be paid for weekly hours beyond 40 hours.
