FP&A Manager – Americas | Hybrid | East Coast, USA
Our client is looking for a seasoned FP&A Manager to join their finance team and play a key role in driving strategic planning, performance management, and operational finance across a dynamic, fast-growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional who thrives in complex, matrixed environments - ideally with a background in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.

Full-Time | Reports to Finance Leader
The Role
You'll be a trusted business partner to operational and executive leaders, owning the full planning cycle and translating financial data into clear, actionable insights. Specifically, you'll:
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks across key business functions
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning
- Develop and monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and present findings to leadership
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to identify margin and productivity improvements
- Support JV Partners through monthly close, metrics reviews, and business performance discussions
- Drive process automation and standardization within FP&A reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and IT
About You
- 10+ years in FP&A, operational finance, or commercial finance
- Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multinational organisations
- Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA — this is essential
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau a plus
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
