Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Morning Shift)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: $39–$45/hour, based on experience and tax terms
Overtime: 1.5× regular pay after 40 hours per week
Position Overview
Windward Gardens is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team for a 13-week contract assignment with possible extension. This opportunity offers a consistent morning schedule and guaranteed weekly hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents based on individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Compensation
- $39–$45/hour, based on experience and applicable tax terms.
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Overtime: 1.5× regular pay after 40 hours per week
