**Maintenance – Full-Time**
**Location:** Bowling Green, KY
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Team Member
- Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, basic construction)
- Plumbing skills desired
- Turn vacant units and complete preventive maintenance
- Maintain common areas and property grounds
- Coordinate supplies and run errands (valid driver’s license required)
- Work with Property Manager to address and prevent maintenance issues
- Ensure safe, efficient operations and resident satisfaction
- 1 + years maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
