Opportunity Description:
We have several Interim / contract opportunities for
Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Behavioral / Mental Health organizations across the
US. We are looking for financial, clinical, or operatoinal leaders (clinical directors, executive directors, chief operations officers / COO, chief finanical officers / CFO) that can help alleviate organizational leadership gaps for our clients.
Clinical leaders will manage and coordinate the day-to-day workforce operations of Mental Health, Home Care and / or Hospice interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing. The individuals will be accountable for leading the development of the matured workforce roles to execute best-practice care delivery. Finanical and operational leaders will help manage P&L, revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and offer strategic advice as needed.
Adventurous candidates will welcome the opportunity to use their background and skills to help various Home Health, Hospice, and Behavioral Health organizations with their immediate needs. Engagements vary in responsibility and length but have potential to become full-time opportunities!
Candidate Requirements:
- Behavioral Health / Mental Health, Home Health, or Hospice Clinical, Financial, or Operational experience. Registered Nurse / RN strongly preferred for clinical roles.
- Leadership experience as a supervisor, manager, director, or multi-site / VP level.
- Knowledge of Medicare Home Health and Hospice rules, regulations, OASIS, PDGM, and reimbursement.
- Tech savvy - EMR skills a must.
- Ability to adapt, assess, and implement solutions quickly.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder.
Interim engagements offer
GREAT Pay with full reimbursement for housing, travel, car rental (if needed), and meals. Some opportunities may be remote.
