We're a fast-growing, family-owned commercial property services company - parking lot striping, pressure washing, and sealcoating - looking for one thing: a hungry hunter who wants to build something real, not just work a territory.
We service some of the largest multi-location franchise and property portfolio accounts in the country, and we're licensed, insured, and equipped to move on any of them within 24 hours, anywhere in the U.S. What we don't have yet is someone out there closing them. That's you.
The Opportunity
This is a 100% commission role - and that's on purpose. We want someone who backs themselves. Here's what that looks like:
● Quick wins close to home. Close local single-location deals and get paid fast. No waiting around while you build your pipeline.
● Real upside on the big fish. Land a multi-location or national portfolio account and you're not just earning a one-time payout - you build a recurring commission on that account for as long as it's active. Close a handful of the right accounts and you're building a residual income stream, not just a paycheck.
● We fund the travel. Landed a meeting worth flying for? Compass covers it. You're never fronting your own money to chase a deal.
● Base pay is on the table. Prove yourself and we'll talk salary. This is a ground-floor opportunity -the person who builds this pipeline now is the person we build a sales team around later.
Who We're Looking For
● A true hunter - someone who's energized by cold outreach, not drained by it
● Self-motivated; you don't need someone checking in on you to make calls
● Comfortable navigating facilities managers, vendor relations, and procurement contacts at large companies
● Experience in B2B, franchise, property management, or facilities services sales is a plus - grit and hustle matter more than a resume line
● Willing to travel when a deal calls for it
