Monitors and coordinates the exchange of information through the ambulance service radio system and phone systems. Excellent guest service, communication and multi-tasking skills required. Good computer application skills required.
High school diploma or GED required. Current BCLS certification required. EXPERIENCE: Experience in customer communications preferred
