The Bilingual Customer Associate will engage diverse customers, translating complex wireless options into simple, affordable solutions that make sense in any language. As a Bilingual Customer Associate, you begin with hands-on training in wireless service options, simple smartphone features, and multilingual customer communication. While connecting with customers, the Bilingual Sales Associate explains accessible mobile plans that help families stay connected at a reasonable cost.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Associate
- Welcomes customers and guides them through affordable mobile solutions, helping them choose the right device or plan.
- Uses bilingual communication to explain eligibility steps clearly and support confident sales decisions for low‑cost wireless services.
- Helps customers compare smartphones and basic devices, offering simple demonstrations that make choosing the right option easy.
- Assists with activations, SIM setups, and accounts to ensure customers leave fully connected with their new mobile service.
- Maintains organized sales tables and displays that highlight current promotions for accessible wireless programs.
- Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage additional sales such as upgrades, accessories, or replacements.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Customer Associate
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in retail, sales, or community outreach is beneficial.
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow sales procedures accurately.
