Purpose
Minimize the impact of equipment failures on production by ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely execution of maintenance activities. Support equipment availability and reliability with a primary focus on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on electrical, instrumentation, and control system equipment in operation
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical and instrumentation systems during production and scheduled interventions
- Diagnose electrical and instrumentation failures and implement corrective actions
- Support root cause analysis of electrical, control, and instrumentation breakdowns
- Ensure application of HSE standards; report incidents, perform inspections, and support investigations
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation in maintenance management systems
- Coordinate maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems with internal teams and vendors
- Guide and support maintenance personnel during electrical and instrumentation interventions
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance focused on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Experience leading or coordinating maintenance teams or technicians in daily operations
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, sensors, and electrical troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of control systems and industrial environments
- Experience using maintenance management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams
- Working knowledge of HSE standards in manufacturing environments
