Our real estate home-buying specialist position will help identify, negotiate, and purchase homes for our company to fix and flip.
This is the dream sales position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and is interested in real estate investing.
Our company is the largest fix and flip company in New England, and you will not only learn how to find great investment properties but also learn the inner workings of the top investment company in New England - all while being paid handsomely to do so.
You will be traveling to sellers' homes and presenting them with cash offers from our company to purchase their home.
You will have 10-20 preset appointments per week. Our inside sales team schedules the appointments, and all that you have to do is attend them and work with the seller to get our offer accepted.
The right candidate will have prior sales experience and be willing to negotiate heavily in a face-to-face sale.
Responsibilities
- Meet with the seller in their home to determine if the property is the right fit for us and make an offer
- Negotiate with seller for best terms
- Document all seller interactions in our database
Qualifications
- Sales skills and experience are highly advantageous but not required
- Grit - you will be going into tough situations - beat up houses and sometimes dealing with challenging seller personalities - this job is not for the faint of heart
- Willingness to drive within 1.5 hours from Boston in all directions to go on appointments
- Ability to learn new concepts and dive in head first
- Tech Savvy
Compensation
$200,000-$250,000 - this is a base-plus-salary position.
