Overview:
VTG is looking for a Business Program and Project Manager in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior level personnel with assistance to planning and management of a mid-size team.

Assist in resource management, to include planning, execution, and monitoring of spending plans in support of program goals.

Serve as a support function for the customer strategic review board.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly

Bachelor's Degree

Proven leadership experience in a complex or dynamic environment

Experience managing complex programs or operations and integrating diverse capabilities
- Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage risk and respond to challenging situations
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with international partners
