Candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Sales Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of pure inbound, new business experience. Candidates must demonstrate a proven history of breaking into competitive accounts and retaining the business.
- Attributes: Relentless, high-energy self-motivated, fiercely competitive, and possessing a relentless work ethic with a rejection-proof mindset. Must possess an outgoing personality with a burning desire to win and hit milestones rapidly.
- Core Execution Skills: Elite, high-volume cold-calling capabilities and a willingness to pound the pavement for high-impact, in-person supplier visits. Identify potential recycling partners/opportunities in your area.
- Knowledge: Recycling experience is a plus but not necessary.
