Job Title: Sales & Design Representative (Commission Only)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Design Representative to join our pool construction team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at selling, designing, and closing high-ticket outdoor living and pool construction projects. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from the initial consultation through the design process and into contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to design custom pool solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pool designs.
- Use industry software (e.g., Structure Studios, Pool Studio) to create 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with project managers and permitting team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to build.
- Follow up with leads, track prospects, and close deals consistently.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM tools or BuilderTrend.
- Stay updated on pool construction trends, materials, and permitting requirements.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (construction or luxury sales preferred).
- Strong understanding of pool construction phases and terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Proficiency in pool design software (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
