Finance person needed for a construction company.
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Full-Time. Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday.
Duties:
1. Payment collection.
2. Work with multiple funding sources and loan providers.
3. Manage and track a high volume of accounts.
4. Support Sales Reps with financial processes.
5. Communicate with clients and close financial processes.
6. Monitor and manage payments.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience doing finance for a construction company.
2. Experience with loans and funding sources- strong advantage.
3. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders.
5. Strong organization and attention to detail.
6. High energy, assertive, and proactive mindset.
7. High scale office, dress code required.
8. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Compensation: $5,000 per month.
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
