Maui Brewing Co. Kihei Restaurant is hiring a Front of House Manager! We’re looking for someone with restaurant and leadership experience who can lead by example, support the team, and help create a great guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise, coach and support the FOH team through staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure consistent service, quality, and operational standards.

Lead and support daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and consistent execution of standards.

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety/sanitation expectations, and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Coordinate with BOH and leadership team to manage flow of service, staffing levels, and operational priorities throughout each shift.
