We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will support patients across a variety of settings, including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs using physiology and anatomy knowledge.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that address individual patient goals and medical conditions.
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR systems) and communicate updates with healthcare providers.
- Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients in acute care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment plans, and home exercises to support ongoing recovery.
Skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to physiotherapy practices.
- Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments with hospital experience preferred.
- Knowledge of discharge planning processes and care plan development for various patient populations.
- Skilled in the use of EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
- Expertise in physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and geriatrics-focused interventions.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and educate diverse individuals across age groups.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
