Ageless Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our medical aesthetics team in Knoxville, TN. This is an in-person clinical role for a licensed RN, APRN, or Nurse Practitioner with cosmetic injection experience and a strong interest in patient care, aesthetic medicine, and long-term treatment planning.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, confident with patient consultations, and comfortable working in a busy medical spa environment. This role requires both excellent clinical judgment and a warm, polished patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments within scope of licensure, training, and office protocols
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient goals, facial assessment, medical history, and realistic expectations
- Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, pre-care, aftercare, and expected outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
- Take and manage medical photography according to office standards
- Follow up with patients as needed to support treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment space
- Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to keep appointments flowing smoothly
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable clinical safety guidelines
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, injectable techniques, skincare, laser treatments, and medical spa services
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license required
- APRN/NP candidates are also welcome to apply
- Cosmetic injection experience required
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar aesthetic practice setting preferred
- Strong patient care, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and pricing with patients
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn medical practice software quickly
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team in a patient-focused environment
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of cosmetic injection experience
- Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Knowledge of skincare, laser devices, body treatments, and aesthetic treatment planning
- Experience with medical photography and EMR/practice management software
Schedule
This position may be part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and business needs. Normal business operating schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am-5/6pm.
Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
