Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will split their time between operating a forklift (40%) and handling general warehouse responsibilities (60%). This role requires hands-on work with stone products, including cutting, loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.

Handle and organize stone products, including palletizing and merchandising.

Use power tools and electric tools to cut and shape stone as needed.

Perform general warehouse tasks such as staging, inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications:

5+ years of forklift operating experience (certification preferred).

3+ years working in a warehouse environment.

Previous experience in the stone, marble, or construction materials industry is a strong plus.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with power and electric tools.

Physically capable of lifting heavy weight and standing for extended periods.

Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
