We are seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Technicians to join our team. This position involves installing and maintaining landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Install mulch, sod, and hardscape materials
- Install pavers, block, and retaining wall systems
- Prepare and grade job sites
- Set base materials and ensure proper drainage
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, compactors as well as hand and diagnostic tools
- Read layout plans and follow specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Read blueprints
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service and recommendations
- Maintain clean and safe job site
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Landscaping experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
