Compass Electric is a growing residential electrical contractor serving homeowners throughout North Metro Atlanta. We are looking for an experienced electrician who can work independently, take pride in quality workmanship, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone with strong residential experience who wants to grow with a company and eventually take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot residential electrical issues
- Install EV chargers, lighting, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and electrical equipment
- Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical repairs
- Complete residential remodel and renovation projects
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Document completed work and job notes
- Represent Compass Electric with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

- EV charger installations
- Panel replacements and service upgrades
