What We're Looking For
Team Lead Requirements:

Valid Arizona contractor's license (ROC preferred)

Current general liability insurance
-
3+ years of proven roofing installation leadership experience

Ability to manage and coordinate a crew of 2-4 installers

Expertise in residential and commercial roofing systems

Own professional-grade tools and equipment

Reliable transportation for crew and materials

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in Arizona's climate
Crew Requirements:

Experienced in shingle, tile, and flat roof installations

Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards

Professional work ethic and customer service skills

Physical capability to perform roofing work in extreme heat
