Gateway Academy is seeking a dynamic and engaging High School Spanish Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year at our Maryland Farms campus in Brentwood, TN.
Gateway Academy is a small private school that values mastery, creativity, and connection. Our teaching philosophy centers around meeting students where they are and tailoring instruction to each student’s unique learning needs. Most instruction is provided in a one-on-one setting.
Our teachers are given flexibility in scheduling and autonomy in their classrooms, allowing them to create engaging and individualized learning experiences for students.
We are looking for educators who are passionate about working with students and committed to creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

- School hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Located in Maryland Farms in Brentwood, TN
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous teaching and/or tutoring experience preferred
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to maintain professional conduct, communication, and dress
- Must be willing to complete an interview and background check
