What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, thermostats, and indoor air quality products.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
- Recommend repairs, maintenance agreements, and indoor air quality solutions based on customer needs.
- Complete digital invoices, service notes, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
- Participate in our rotating on-call schedule for emergency residential service.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for professionals—not just technicians.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and Florida weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience servicing high-efficiency systems, variable-speed equipment, communicating systems, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
- Experience using digital dispatching and invoicing software

On-Call Rotation
Our service technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency HVAC service for our customers outside of normal business hours.
On-call expectations include:
- Rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage.
- Availability to respond to emergency service calls between 6:00 AM and 9:30 PM while scheduled on call.
- A fair rotation among all service technicians to promote work-life balance.
- Company vehicle, dispatch support, and all necessary resources provided.
- Prompt response to customers, professional communication, and accurate documentation of all service performed.
