As a Team Leadership Associate, you'll spend your time where growth actually happens: interacting directly with residential customers, learning AT&T's customer acquisition process, contributing to sales performance, and developing the communication and leadership skills needed to guide others in the future.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Team Leadership Associate
- Meet directly with residential customers to educate them on AT&T Fiber products and services
- Learn customer acquisition and sales strategies through daily in-person interactions and outreach
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals while developing a strong understanding of performance metrics
- Work alongside experienced leaders to learn how campaigns are organized, executed, and evaluated
- Assist with coaching, motivating, and supporting newer team members
- Participate in team meetings focused on leadership development, communication, and business growth
- Learn how sales data, customer feedback, and team performance influence business decisions
- Help create a positive, goal-oriented environment that encourages growth and accountability
Qualifications for the Team Leadership Associate Role
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
- Internship, academic, extracurricular, athletic, or leadership experience is highly valued
- Background in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with new people
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of personal performance
