2nd Home Skilled Service is an in home health provider.
We need Nurses for Part Time in the following service areas.
Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Englewood, Parker, Qualifications:

Must have good standing RN license

Current CPR certification
-
Knowledge/skills with short skilled nursing visits

Must be willing to provide in home nursing care
Education and Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
-
One to one patient care in a home environment
-
Execution of physician’s prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care
-
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
-
Patient assessments, SOC and follow up visits, coordination of care with physician and other disciplines
-
Ability to work independently

Experience with electronic documentation systems

Provide effective communication to patient/family, team
Responsibilities:

$90 per recertification/Visit and $100 per admission
